The "time is money" axiom is best exemplified in the construction industry; and the design/build "fast track" methods adopted by construction management is the industry's answer to saving money for the owner, as well as turning over the final product on a timely basis. H. Carr & Sons has met the challenge by upgrading all aspects of its business with the most current computer technology. This has allowed the H. Carr & Sons staff to adjust its accounting, estimating, planning and job costing methods to meet the ever-changing requirements of its customer base.

We frame out of our own mobile workstations. They allow our construction teams to visualize the project, as well as collaborate on the build-out and changes that can occur in a project. We also provide the men and women in our trades with iPads and other computing systems to maximize productivity in the field.
