H. Carr & Sons number one concern is for the safety and well being of its employees. We have established a wellness program for our staff and constructed a fitness facility within our corporate office building. In the field, H. Carr & Sons educates and updates tradesmen through safety meetings and "Tool Box" talks. We maintain a constant inventory of safety equipment and supplies and we have two full-time safety officers constantly monitoring all of our jobsites in the tri-state area. Our tradesmen are all OSHA 10 trained and the majority of our foremen are OSHA 30 trained.
