A number of general superintendents are employed by H. Carr & Sons to manage and deploy the tradesmen to meet the demands of the various projects. We have an operational staff of professionals, most of whom have degrees in Civil Engineering. These dedicated people perform the sales, value engineering, estimating and project management functions within the organization. We have a substantial support staff which provides the accounting, payroll and financial functions of the company, as well as an MIS department which monitors, maintains, and updates technological advancements in our computer systems.
